Hon. Thalis Apalowo is also the National Program Manager, of Grant for Vulnerable Groups, under the Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs, which is a sensitive position that strives to alleviate poverty, by providing a means of livelihood for the poorest of the poor in the country.
