The Kenyan Afropop band known as Sauti Sol was formed in the year 2005 by Bien-Aimé Baraza, Savara Mudigi, and Willis Chimano. They initially functioned as an acapella group before Polycarp Otieno joined them after which they named themselves Sauti Sol, which literally means “Voices in the Sun”.

 

Sauti Sol music band is recognized in Africa and across the globe for their good music, successful tours across Africa and Europe alongside the international attention being showered on them during their shows in Europe and the United States of America.
